Torta di mele e noci - Apple and walnuts cake - Prajitura cu mere si nuci

Ingredienti :

4 uova
150 gr di zucchero
80 ml latte
160 ml olio
360 gr farina 00
3/4 bustina lievito per dolci
150-180 gr noci macinate
2  mele
un pizzico di cannella

burro e farina per la teglia



 Come preparare la torta di mele

Imburrate la teglia de 26 cm diametro e infarinatela.

Sbucciate le mele e tagliate a cubetti, aggiungete la cannella.

Frullate le uova con lo zucchero. Mescolate il latte con l'olio e versate nel composto delle uova, aggiungete la farina con il lievito e le mele. Amalgamate tutto. 

Versate 1/2 del composto nella teglia, spolverate le noci macinate e coprite con il resto.

Infornate nel forno già caldo a 180°C per  40-45 minuti, meglio fare la prova del stecchino.

Ingrediente :

150 gr zahar
80 ml lapte
160 ml ulei
360 gr faina
3/4 plic de praf de copt
150-180 gr nuci macinate
2  mere
un praf de scortisoara

unt si faina pentru uns tava

Curatati merele si le taiati cuburi mici, presarati scortisoara deasupra.

Bateti spuma ouale cu zaharul. Amestecati uleiul cu laptele si il turnati peste oua mixind mereu.

Amestecati faina cu praful de copt si o varsati peste restul compozitiei, amestecati bine si adaugati si merele amestecind mereu cu o lingura.

In tava cu diametru 26 cm unsa si presarata cu faina varsati jumatate din compozitie apoi presarati un strat uniform de nuci macinate si acoperiti cu restul de compozitie ( pusa cu lingura si apoi nivelat cu grija). Coaceti la 180° C cca 40-45 min sau cit e nevoie, faceti proba cu scobitoarea.

Ingredients :

3/4 backing powder
150-180 gr grind walnuts
2  apples
cinnamon

butter and flour for the pan( 26 cm diam)

Peel and cut into little pieces the apples, add cinnamon.

Mix very well eggs and sugar, add oil and milk and mix together.

Add flour and backing powder, mix well and then add also the apple pieces and stir with a tablespoon.

In the prepared cake pan pour 1/2 of batter, sprinkle the grind wallnuts and cover with the rest of the batter.
Bake at 180°C until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 40 to 45 minutes.
